Allowances
Dampier Salt roles located in the Pilbara and Gascoyne regions also attract allowances including:
- Site allowance for employees living in the towns of Dampier, Port Hedland and Carnarvon
- Superannuation - in addition to the company contribution, the Rio Tinto Staff Superannuation Fund offers investment choice and insurance benefits. Superannuation contributions may also be salary packaged (subject to an individual’s circumstances)
